The existing warehousing relies on manual handling and sorting, which is prone to misdelivery and delays when omni-channel orders exceed 2,000 per day; with over 3,000 apparel SKUs, the packaging specifications of different categories (finished garments/accessories) vary greatly, and traditional conveyor equipment has insufficient compatibility, so an automated conveyor system is urgently needed to connect the stereoscopic warehouse and sorting links.



Solution
  • Equipment configuration: Adopt chain plate conveyor lines with adjustable width, adapting to multi-specification packaging such as hangers and cartons, and equipped with anti-offset guiding devices to ensure conveying stability.
