Project Background

The existing warehousing network has saturated space, and the daily manual sorting capacity is less than 8,000 orders, which cannot meet the 10,000+ daily order demand after business growth; meanwhile, multi-category FMCGs (daily chemicals, food) have large storage specification differences, and the space utilization rate of traditional flat warehouses is less than 30%, so a new super-large intelligent stereoscopic warehouse is urgently needed to realize high-density storage and automated operations.



Solution
  • Structural construction: Adopt factory-prefabricated shelf modules + on-site laser positioning hoisting, control the installation error of a single shelf group within ±3mm, and ensure structural bearing and equipment adaptability.
  • Schedule management: Implement a parallel construction plan for separate aisles, plan tower crane operation paths through an intelligent scheduling system, and achieve over 50 shelf modules hoisted per day.
  • Equipment reservation: Cooperate with automated equipment suppliers to intervene in shelf design in advance, reserve stacker crane track slots and conveyor line connection ports, and ensure zero adaptation cost for later equipment installation.
